Our objective was to craft a brand and website that effectively showcased the distinctive offerings of the company and motivated potential clients to book their upcoming adventures.
Our work with Spirit of Travel began with research to understand their target audience, unique selling points, and competitive landscape. This insight guided the creation of a visual identity that embodies the company’s core values of luxury, personalisation, and adventure.

The project started with a strategic phase, where we developed User Personas based on Spirit of Travel’s ideal customers. These personas highlighted a desire for highly personalised and unforgettable experiences, which shaped both the functionality and design of the website.

The new brand identity was seamlessly woven into a visually captivating, user-friendly website. Custom graphics and high-quality imagery showcased Spirit of Travel’s destinations, services, and expertise, delivering usable and enjoyable online experience.

Six months post-launch, we conducted a detailed website review using Hotjar to identify areas for improvement. Based on the insights gathered, we implemented targeted changes, further enhancing the website’s performance and user experience.
